Women enter design fields in equal or greater numbers than men, but as time progresses fewer remain in the design industries. The lack of support and subsequent exit from the industry keeps women from contributing their diverse perspectives and experiences that add value to a business and to a design. How do we support this diversity? To make things more inclusive and accessible moving forward, we have a model that we want to share.
