Bryan plays a role in managing contracts and invoicing for the projects across D+R International. He also oversees the Air Movement and Control Association (AMCA), U.S. and Canadian Set-Top Box and Small Networking Equipment Voluntary Agreements (STB and SNE), and many aspects of the DesignLights Consortium® (DLC) efforts at D+R. His duties include negotiating contract details and reporting to clients; organizing staff and resources to meet the needs of the AMCA, STB/SNE, and DLC programs; and leading key quality control efforts for DLC and AMCA. He specializes in research, organizing data, and fostering team-based initiatives throughout the company. Outside of business hours, you can find him sharing his culture in the form of music, movies, and sports with his protégés as a mentor for at-risk youth in the community.
